Milestones
Kamloops, BC
The decor of this restaurant is really one of the nicest of any restaurant in Kamloops. Its modern interior allows for seating in booths, at the bar or in pub style seating. The service is generally efficient and friendly although I find some of the female servers a little on the severe side. My husband loves this restaurant while I only like certain things on the menu. One of them being the smoked turkey club sandwich. It comes with all of the club sandwich usuals. But what makes this sandwich different is that it comes on cranberry sourdough bread. I only wish that they would go much lighter on the mustard mayonnaise. Of course there is a choice of soup, salad or fries. Cold fries at Milestones are better than hot fries served at many of the restaurants around town. Believe me this is a compliment from the one who thinks that the only reason to eat french fries is for the ketchup. This sandwich is $8.99 and served only on the lunch menu. It really is a good reason to stop for lunch at Milestones.
