Amazon.ca
I don't normally review shopping places, but I can't resist. Today, I made my second purchase from Amazon.ca. Earlier this year, I went up to Chapters and checked out the price of a cookbook I wanted. Then I went to Amazon to see what the prices were there. The book I wanted was $15 cheaper than at Chapters. After the shipping/handling and taxes, the price was still $10 lower than at Chapters. The total price of the book I bought today came out to $.03 more than the price at Chapters before taxes. If I had paid all of the taxes at Chapters, it would have been a good $5 more. I've never had a problem with typing in my credit card number. My book has always come in the amount of time suggested on the website. So before you make your purchase at Chapters, compare with the prices on Amazon.ca. I don't know about the rest of you, but I love a deal and am happy to do what it takes to get one.
